SAY GOODBYE TO NEGATIVITY

Today is the official day of Aspiring August!
This month is going to be full of juicy posts with topics like,
Self love
Creating Yourself
and Becoming Confident in your own skin!

Okay, I can not contain the excitement much longer..
Let's get right into the start of Aspiring August!

This weeks topic is "Cutting Out Negativity" Have you experienced things, people, or moments where you have the feeling of dread, unmotivated, or sadness.
Of course you have! We all have and it is completely normal to not have a smile plastered on you face every minuet of the day!

But sometimes there are things that just really make us sad.
And they are not healthy to have around.
Cause why suffer through bad moods all the time and struggle being happy when you can just cut out the middle man and get rid of the thing that is making you frustrated and distracted in the first place!




1. THE GOAL

What are some things that you love? Who do you love? What motivates you?
What are your beliefs?

Once you have these goals and you have a somewhat idea of what your "standards" are.
It becomes easier to choose the things to keep in your life and the things that are simply taking up space in your life.


2. REMOVE ANYTHING THAT DOES NOT SUPPORT THE GOAL

Whether it be people, places, or things, cut out anything that does not support who you are and what you love.
People - If you have friends or people in your life that do not make you feel happy and do not support you in your goal, Cut. Them. Out.
I know it can be so hard. But if the friendship is not working of both sides then you know that it is time to step away. Kindly and respectfully tell them that the friendship just doesn't work.
Never keep people in your life that don't bring you up and bring you down.

Things - Go through your things and get rid of anything that does not bring you joy.
If you don't use it you don't need it.


3. DO IT FOR YOU

While cutting out negativity remember to do it for yourself.
You deserve to not make yourself feel awful by
talking to certain draining people
having a cluttered space
going to places that make you feel unmotivated
and even looking at certain things online.

Instead focus on the things and people that make you feel on top of the world!
You got this!
Keep the things that make you feel
motivated
confident
and happy in your life and get rid of the rest!

  2. LOVE THIS POST!! Recently I've been trying to cut out negative relationships, because your absolutely right, if they don't support your goal CUT THEM OUT!
