Our Future, Our Choices

Last Saturday was the Womans March
An event I wasn't able to attend physically but my heart and love was on everyone there.
It made me so happy to see so many people fighting for what they believe is right and gave me so much inspiration to continue and pursue more then ever what I feel is right.

Now is the time more then ever for us to stand strong and not take no for an answer.
We cant be scared to tell people what we want.

This is our generation and we have to create it.
We cant let anyone take that away from us.

This is our future, our choices.

It doesn't matter if you are young or old, this is your world and you decide what you want to give to it.
Be in this time.
Its easy to sit around and complain about how the current state is and wish it had more of something or less.
Because this is how it is right now.
It is better then it has ever been and although it is not perfect it is on the road to be getting better and better and better.
It can only stay on that road if we drive it in that path.
We have to show up and participate.
Not to wait or think someone will do it for you.

If we want change we all have to fight for it
not just the people its going to effect.

Embrace life.
Embrace the good and the bad and use what you have.
Know what you want in the future and help make it happen.

Join your friends and foes and make it a reality.

There is nothing stronger then passionate people coming together to fight for their rights.

We can be unstoppable if we want to.
We can make this world what we want it.
Lets make this future, our future.

  1. This is so beautiful and so, so true <3 I was able to go to my city's march, and it was incredibly fun and inspiring to be surrounded by so many people fighting for the same things I am.

    1. Thank you so much Ellie! And that is wonderful! <3

  2. The March was so important and I felt so strong watching footage and seeing photographs of the millions of women all around the world who participated. And it's so important that we don't stop fighting now. Change will only happen if we work for it.
